Shipping policy

All orders placed by Friday will be shipped the following Monday. During holiday weeks, express shipping is required to ensure product integrity.

RodentShip LLC is not responsible for delays caused by third‑party carriers, including but not limited to UPS, FedEx, or any other shipping service. In the event of a carrier delay, RodentShip LLC does not assume liability for thawed, damaged, or otherwise compromised product resulting from such delay.

RodentShip LLC currently ships to the following states:

Idaho, Oregon, Montana, Wyoming, Utah, Nevada, California, Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, Wisconsin, Illinois, Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, Texas, Arkansas, Louisiana, Kentucky, Tennessee, Mississippi, Alabama.

Orders placed with a delivery address outside of these states will not be fulfilled. If payment has been submitted for an order outside the approved shipping region, the order will be cancelled and a refund will be issued.
